Senators Baldwin, Beach, Brown, Caputo, Geffert, Jeffries, Lindsay, Stollings, Romano, and Woelfel moved to amend the amendment on page thirteen, section three, subsection (c), line twenty-one, by striking out all of subdivision (1) and inserting in lieu thereof a new subdivision (1), to read as follows:

"(1) Persons mandated to report child abuse and neglect or abuse of incompetent or incapacitated adults, as defined by §49-2-803 of the West Virginia Code; or".
